At Trading Faces, we encourage our clients to use us exclusively for all their skin and body care needs. We find continuity enables us to monitor your treatment regularly and therefore give you the best advice, resulting in dramatic results.

To encourage you to visit us regularly, we have 2 ongoing loyalty schemes that enable you to receive regular discounts and reward treatments.

1. REBOOKING DISCOUNT

After your treatment, make your next appointment with as before you leave the salon for a time within 6 weeks, and you will receive 10% off the cost of that rebooked treatment.

Your REBOOKING DISCOUNT will become void if:

• You cancel your appointment
• You change the date of the appointment for a date later than 6 weeks from your last visit
• The Rebooking discount will not be applied to any special offers or other discounts

2. TRADING FACES CLUB

Become a member and earn ‘frequent visitor’ points every time you visit us.

From your very first treatment at Trading Faces you will start to earn points. For every $10 that you spend with us on treatments and every $10 you spend on products, you will earn 1 point. Point totals are automatically accumulated and are printed on your receipt at the end of your treatment.

You will need to earn 10 points to be eligible to be a Member of the Trading Faces Club.

Once you are a member you will qualify to earn points towards FREE treatments.

Earning Points:

• For every $10 you spend on Services, you will receive 1 (one) point
• For every $10 you spend on Products, you will receive 1 (one) point

Redeeming Points:

• 1 point is worth $1 towards the total price of a treatment
• The full cost of the treatment must be paid for in points, no partial payments are accepted
• Points can NOT be used for payment of treatments on weekend.
• Points can NOT be used for discounted or special offer treatments
• Points can NOT be used for the purchase of products
• Points can be used to purchase Gift Cards for other people

Please Note: Trading Faces Club Points automatically expire after 18 months. If you fail to arrive or cancel an appointment with us with less than 2 hours notice, payment for that treatment will be made with your existing Trading Faces Club points with no exceptions.

3. TRADING FACES PLATINUM CLUB

This is a group of loyal clients who have shown us they are true Trading Faces devotees. They regularly introduce their family and friends to our services, experience assorted treatments with us, purchase recommended products from us, and visit on a very regular basis. Some have been regular visitors to us for many years. Careful selection is made into this Club, calculated on dollars spent and reliability, and members are notified by mail. Benefits include:

• Priority bookings
• Earn 1 point for every $10 spent on services
• Earn 1 point for every $10 spent on products
• Points can be used for the full cost of Products or Treatments
• Occasional exclusive Platinum Club offers and specials
