Making A Booking
Simply set up an account and you can book and reschedule your appointments and see your appointment history through the FRESHA app on your phone (just make Trading Faces your favourite so you can find it easily).
Deposit
I require a 50% deposit for new bookings and at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
A no show on a pre-paid series will forfeit one treatment of your course.
Appointment changes before text reminders are appreciated!
Things To Know
Please note: I operate from a one-roomed clinic, so there is no reception or waiting area. If you are more than 5 minutes early, please text, and if I don’t respond, I am still with a client and I will reply as soon as I am ready for you. This also means I have to run to schedule. If you arrive late, I will still have to finish on time and will do everything I can to ensure you get the most benefit from your shortened time with me. I allow ample time between guests for change over, so your treatment time is never compromised if you arrive on time.
